After about 3 weeks I notice a healthy glow to my skin. My face is firmer and has a youthful glow. My arms and legs are softer as well. Love this product it has NO aftertaste whatsoever which is why I love it. I add to my coffee every morning. Family members are using this after seeing the improvement and they love it and notice their skin and nails are healthier and stronger.

Great for my skin

This is my fifth month using this product, I can see an improvement on my skin, also helps me feel fuller so I eat less. My hair is fuller and looks really healthy. I haven't feel any improvement in my joints discomfort at all. My opinion is that It helps you more with your lines of expression, your skin and hair, but it does not help to reduce the pain or inflammation of your joints. The taste is not good but tolerable, and also has a weird smell.

Been using it a few weeks and my hair has less breakage and nails are stronger. No significant changes that are visible in my skin (i.e.wrinkles, fine lines).

Insane stomach pain!

I started out by taking half of the recommended dosage and I would get super bloated and insane stomach cramps. It took several days to go away after I stopped taking it. I thought this stuff was supposed to help with digestion but it made my stomach feel like I actually had issues! Literallu backed me up for days and made my stomach hurt sooooo bad!

I started taking collagen for my skin but noticed the improvement in my joints. It’s an easy addition to my morning coffee routine with multiple health benefits. Been in it for 6 mos, started the auto send pgm after three.
