Too soon to tell

I have been using this for a little over 2 weeks. I started taking 1 scoop in a cup of tea and found it to be fairly funky tasting. After 3 days, I got terrible stomach pains after taking and the next day started my period a full week early. I’ve seen that other women have had similar issues. I reduced my serving size to a ~tsp, so about 2-3g. I seem to be tolerating this better. I also am taking it an 1/8th of a tsp per cup of tea and I also add it to my oats or yogurt. This makes the taste undetectable. I honestly can’t believe people say this has no taste if they put a full scoop or more in their tea.
Still to soon to say if I will have any good effects. I want to see how I feel after 2 months of consistent use.
If I have negative side effects again I’ll discontinue use. My husband is taking a scoop each morning and is tolerating it well.

I am so happy i came across this product and just at the right moment. in just a few weeks my skin is glowing, my hair is so full and my energy is up like never before. I hike three days in a week and i dont hear my kneess making those popping sounds. Overall such an awesome bottle of greatness. i`ll be getting the big jar now moving forward

Started using this a couple of years ago. Vital Proteins offers a creamer product but I like to use this in my coffee. It dissolves pretty quickly and is flavorless. Its really good for people that may have joint pain. If you work out ,have a job doing manual labor or just need to give your body a boost, I would recommend this product. Be sure to consult your

Best collagen I’ve ever used!

I’ve been using vital proteins for almost 3 months now. I wouldn’t be without it! I’ve tried other brands and they taste awful. I really enjoy the plain (in my coffee) and the strawberry lemon is great in the summer!

Difference in joint health

I am really happy with the outcome of this product. I started working out intensely 4 times a week doing heavy weights, cardio and boxing. My joint health hasn’t been the greatest but this definitely helps. I noticed better range of motion and stretching. As well as compression when I lift weights. I definitely recommend. When taken with water there is a slight taste but it’s not horrible. It’s just noticeable. I love adding this to other flavored drinks and food.
