Doing what it’s supposed to do!

Been on this for about 6 months now and can see my hair and face getting so much better. I take two scoops in morning. Just put in glass of water and stir and drink. My daughter puts her in her coffee. It takes good.

What is the difference in these two?

Left One says paleo - Keto friendly and the right says Hair, nail and joints - are these two different types of Collagen? I bought the left one not noticing the difference.
