i bought this one week ago and so far im happy because i can already see the difference mostly on my nails!i love it because it is unflavoured and i can add it to everything!i tried it with milk,hot tea and coffee and it didn't altered the taste!

I am very happy with my experience so far from Vital Proteins. I had to stop taking them for a while due to some health issues and saw a drastic difference in my hair and skin. I am happy to report I'm back enjoying my protein and see a tremendous change.

I have been using this from last 5-6 months. I noticed my nail got stronger but it didn't stop my hair fall and that was the main reason I started taking vital protein. Its really disappointing.
