This product seems to be doing a good job as far as getting the protein i need. It isn't as dissolvable as i was hoping. The only beverage that i have found that it works in is coffee, and i don't want my coffee tasting like that everyday. It isn't flavorless.... you can definitely taste it. Almost a malt type flavor.

I am in my 60's and still enjoy running a couple times a week outdoor trails only - about 7 miles each time. I live in a cold climate so running outdoors is limited to about 8 or 9 months. The last couple of years around 6 months into my season my joints become stiffer and it starts to wear on me a bit. My friend who is a personal trainer and nutritionist recommended trying this. I know she researches her brands and makes sure she only uses reliable products so I took her advice. I can't explain it but after using this for about 3 weeks I was no longer feeling any stiffness in my ankles and knees as I was running downhill and I recovered quicker after my runs. So, I mentioned it to my husband, who is 66 and was having cracking joints and stiffness. He has been using it for about 5 weeks now and he also says he feels much better now and his joints are not as stiff as before. He has tried other products and never felt like it made any difference, but with this he does feel a noticeable difference. It's easy, tasteless without any side effects. We will continue to use this fine product.

Good source of a daily protein supplement without the digestive upset whey protein can cause. This product also delivers with the more clear and less dry skin, nail strength, and hair health. Joints don’t hurt with a heavy lifting workout routine.

No taste!

Previous collagen I had used in my hot tea I could taste, there is no taste in my hot tea with Vital Proteins!
