I've been using this product for several months. My skin and my nails are healthier, the difference is noticeable. My skin is prone to dryness, but taking this product once a day has changed its texture.

I noticed my nails started to grow much faster and my skin was glowing. Im 28 ,female and suffered a lot with acne , even tho it didn't clear my acne it did help minimize it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this product a month ago. It is has a slight milky taste. It needs warm water to dissolve. I add it to my protein shakes.

Noticeable changes!

Been using vital proteins collagen for about 3 months now. As a beginner runner I would have knee pain during and after almost every workout. Since I have been taking this every day I haven’t noticed that joint pain anymore! I like that this is one is tasteless. It goes in anything.

I’ve been using Vital proteins for over a year. I tried another brand and didn’t see same results. I especially like it comes from grass fed pasture raised cows. I definitely notice stronger nails and hair and youthful appearance. I rarely do reviews but if i see results I want others to know. Also Dr.Berg keto doc takes it too. So I know its good!!
