I tried so many times to go without this product. I finally gave in. When i take this collagen, my hair is thicker, i have more energy, my skin looks better and I’m happier. Just put on auto-ship and put in your coffee and be done with it.

I live this brand most because it dissolves well in my morning coffee. I also add it to smoothies. I definitely felt the difference in my joints when I ran out.
