The box is half empty

I have yet to try the full course of the collagen so can’t say how it works, but extremely disappointed that my package came literally being halfway filled with the powder. The price is affordable but not good enough for literally half of the product

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. Because we source our Collagen Peptides from multiple partners, the density of the blended product can vary. That's why we fill each product by weight, rather than "height" (or fill line). Filling each canister by weight ensures each customer receives the EXACT same amount of product!
That being said, we understand that when you open a canister of Collagen Peptides that has been filled with a denser blend, it may seem like you've been cut short. Just know you haven't been!

I've been using this product for a few weeks now. I started using it to help with joint issues. I've noticed my nails becoming healthier and increased new hair growth. I've noticed some improvement with certain joint issues, but longer use will be a better tell for complete effectiveness. I put two scoops each morning in a regular size cup of coffee. It dissolves completely when stirred and there is zero taste or smell to it. I'm excited to see what happens with longer use!

Not Completely Soluble In Cold Liquid

This product completely dissolved in my coffee and is undetectable. But I've added it to iced tea and cold water and it' turns to something with the consistency of a gooey paste. I let it sit awhile in hopes it would eventually dissolve, but it did not. It just clumps up and sticks to the stirring spoon and settles on the bottom of the glass. Has anyone else noticed this problem?

It's great, but...

I've been using Collagen Peptides for a while and this is, by far, my favorite product. But there is one big issue I have with it. All the products claim that they can be dissolved in either hot or cold beverages and this is just NOT true. I've tried putting it in iced coffee, juice, even room temperature water and it gets really clumpy. The only time it completely dissolves is in a hot beverage. This isn't a deal-breaker for me (obviously considering I still use it), but if you want to put it in something cold, I suggest you heat up a small portion of it, mix in the collagen, and then add that dissolved collagen to your drink. That's basically what I do if I want to add it into iced coffee now.

It doesn't dissolve in cold water

I was really excited to try this based on the reviews, but when I tried to add it to cold water it wouldn't dissolve even with vigorous shaking. It clumped together and it tasted awful - so much for being unflavored. I'm sure it can dissolve in hot liquids and blended into smoothies to the point where you don't notice it, but I prefer water. So disappointed.

Hi there, Usually I'm a huge fan of your protein and look forward to my monthly shipment. This month was off. The taste was completely different and it was obvious in everything I tried to mix it with. Usually there is no flavor but this time it was very potent and gross tasting.

Made me sick to my stomach

I was so excited to start using your vital proteins. I saw a lot of people adding two scoops to their coffee and I followed suit. I was sick to my stomach for the next two days and stopped using it after that. Have you had anyone else report such an issue?
