Stopped Arthritis Pain

Started taking this for arthritis pain in my hands. Within a couple months my hands were no longer stiff or sore. It made a huge difference. I went from being in constant pain to having no pain at all.

Best collagen supplement on the market!

I started taking this brand of collagen after my esthetician recommended it, as my skin was breaking out with acne from a past supplement. I have not had that problem since. Couldn’t be more satisfied!

It works!

I take this faithfully daily in my almond milk with Bio Sil drops, egg shell calcium, cinnamon, raw honey. I had damaged my hair with a product, hot tools, and chlorine from the pool where I swam regularly. Even though I wore a cap my hair still got damp. I began to notice my hair was breaking off, and it seemed thinner. I have long thick wavy hair. Covid put an end to my swim. I ditched the hot Volumizer styling tool, as well as the dye from the natural food store with herbs and the dreaded PPD. Went back to my old color ION from Sally's. I sleep on a silk pillow slip. After 8 months my hair is 90 percent of what it was and getting better. I have to file my nails regularly. They grow so fast. I take care of my skin from the inside out, and wear mineral sun block. I only use super clean beauty products. I am very happy with the Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides. I believe it was what amped up my hair program.
