I have been using this product for months now and love it. I brought this mainly do up my protein amount and because of the benefits it could add to my health. I do not like to eat breakfast super early anymore so to know I am getting 18g of protein every morning in my coffee is a win win for me.

I've been using this for about 2yrs now. I like that I can add it to about anything but I normally add it to 8 ozs warm water and slam it back every morning. Give it a try. You'll be hooked.

I have been using vital protein for at least a year. Around 6 months ago I used my amount to 2 scoops a day. Still waiting to see any improvement. I will try for a few more months but pretty expensive with no results so far

I've been using this since about May and the pain and discomfort in my arthritic knee is close to a zero. My skin feels softer and I feel like it helps keep my weight down. I put it in my coffee every morning or I make a high protein shake. It's great and I highly recommend it!

A staple in my home!

I have this every morning in my coffee and the difference I so noticeable!! Hair and skin grow like a week (and grow stronger I might add!). I have RA and use this as a supplement to help my joints, and I really the difference when I take it verses when I don’t! I will always keep this stocked in my house!
