good stuff

I have been using this for a few months every other day. It dissolves in my coffee if it is very hot. If not I use an immersion blender. It has no taste or texture in my coffee with milk. I haven't noticed a difference probably because i need to increase my usage to the recommended amount, which i plan on doing. I did a lot of research and i think this is the best one out there for me. I will keep buying.

I loved the idea of the capsules until I found out how many you had to take and the mg per serving.
The recommended dose is 6 pills/3.3 mg, twice a day... Its a bit excessive. Next time I'll definitely get the sticks or another tub instead. WAY easier that way. Love the concept but definitely needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking this since February, so about 9 months. Originally I had in mind that I wanted to take this for my skin. Not only did I see a difference in that, but my hairdresser noticed that my hair had gotten noticeably thicker! I was so happy to hear that! Since turning 50, things are a changing. Im not trying to look 20 again, but the best 50 year old I can. I believe with vital protein collagen, it has really helped me to achieve this. Thank you!

This really helps my skin and nails look healthier. My joints feel better too. I like the original with no flavor because then you can mix it with anything.
