I’ve been using this in my morning coffee for a couple months now and I love it! I have also added it to my morning shake but I find it mixes better in my hot coffee. Great addition to my daily routine. I love the pre workout before my long runs as well as the recover after. Great flavor!

I did some research and it said you need a variety of sources... fish eggshells etc. this one has only one source. I would love to know who to believe.

Hi! Thanks for leaving a review. Because we source our Collagen Peptides from multiple partners, the density of the blended product can vary. That's why we fill each product by weight, rather than "height" (or fill line). Filling each canister by weight ensures each customer receives the EXACT same amount of product!
That being said, we understand that when you open a canister of Collagen Peptides that has been filled with a denser blend, it may seem like you've been gipped. Just know you haven't been!
To account for slight density changes in our collagen powder, which can happen from time to time, we adjust the scoop size accordingly. Don’t worry – we promise you’re still getting the same number of servings as listed on our canister labels!
