Been taking this collagen peptides about a month now hoping to improve my skin and hair and so far I haven't noticed a huge improvement but I know these things can take time. I love that you can add it to anything and doesn't change the flavor at all but does dissolve as easily in cold drinks. I signed up for auto ship and will definitely continue to us this product and hope for some amazing results.

Easy to take, I put it in coffee, tea, lemon water. Dissolves quickly, no taste or texture. I’ve been using one month. I would say my digestion seems easier.

Not seeing any benefits yet

I wanted to try this product based on the number of reviews. I wanted to see some extra growth in my nails and hair and I haven’t really noticed anything different at all. I stopped using it daily a few days ago and I’m not sure I will continue. A little disappointed.

Great addition to my morning coffee

I’ve been using collagen powder for a few years now. Having tried many brands I’m happiest with Vital. A bit of a challenge getting it to dissolve completely in coffee but once it does there’s no taste. Have noticed a big improvement in my hair (thicker, grows faster) and my nails are stronger.
