Since I started collagen I have noticed my skin looking smoother/younger. My nails are growing faster. I think there may be some effect on my hair but I have not been using it long enough to say for sure. There is no flavor and I definitely recommend stirring it into a hot drink not cold. It makes it so much easier to just stir in and have it dissolve rather than clump. I'm amazed that I can not even tell it is in my coffee or tea.

Miracle Remedy for Rheumatoid Arthritis

God allowed me to come across a youtube video about Vital Proteins collagen peptides. The video was more about the beauty effects of it, but I always read the comments and noticed a few people mention that it has helped their arthritis symptoms. God led me to give it a try and I am a living witness that it works!
I've experienced at least an 85% reduction in pain and swelling. I still have some stiffness, but it's definitely improved, too. It's even better on days that I eat clean. It will take about 4 days to feel the difference. I've been taking it since July 8th, 2020, 1 or 2 scoops a day. Had I known about it last year, I would still be serving in the military right now.

Wonderful product for joints

I've been taking Collagen Peptides from Vital Proteins for more than a year and the main difference is felt on my joints and am able to recover from soreness quicker.
I don't agree that it is tasteless but it does not really bother me. It is little uncomfortable on my digestion system and I could switch to the Marine collagen Peptides one but the price is too high. In any case I am overall happy with this product and will continue to use it.

The best stuff ever.

I got this all most a month ago. I am so happy I found it. I been making smoothies and using in it almost every day. I can tell a big difference in my skin and hair. My skin is much smoother and glowing. I also can see in my hands they look much younger. My hair is more shiney and more softer easy to manage. I am very impressed with this product ☺️. I would and have recommend it to everyone.
