I am on my second container and use it almost daily adding to my oatmeal or yogurt. So easy to add to anything, no taste or smell and am loving the results.

I use collagen peptides daily in my morning coffee. It's completely flavorless and doesn't change the consistency of my coffee at all. My hair and nails appear to be stronger and grow faster and I'd like to think my skin is looking better as well. I love the protein boost in the morning. I have tried adding it to cold liquids and haven't found that it dissolves well, but in hot liquids its great.

I have tried other brands and by far this is my favorite. It really is tasteless and that is important to me. I've also never been able to grow strong, healthy fingernails until I started taking Vital Protein Collagen Peptides.

I’ve been taking this every day for a while and I love it! I feel like I’m doing something really good for my body. My family friend (who is health-obsessed) said that she visited the place where this collagen is made and everything they do is really ethical and healthy. I leave my collagen in my bathroom so every morning I remember to drink it! It’s so easy. The taste is a bit weird at first, but on like your third time having it you’re totally used to it! My only issue is that when I put it into a liquid, sometimes the collagen powder clumps up and becomes a sort of like solid paste within my water. I’m still mastering how to get it to dissolve, but other than that I love it! I’m excited to see how this affects me over a period of time.

I bought it one month ago and cannot really say if it has improved my skin or hair in any way. Arguably it is too soon to make a thorough review. However, I did notice that my nails seemed stronger at some point. Hopefully the texture of my skin and hair will be improving in a month or two....
