I have been using this product for only about two weeks and I like that it mixes almost instantly into my coffee. It has no flavor and does not change the consistency of whatever you mix it with. I hope that over time, I will see the benefits of using this supplement.

I decided to buy this one to compare to the one with the cow on the label to compare. I can't say for sure if I feel the difference yet, but I will continue to use this one along with the other. This one is great, but for price, I will work the other in as well.

Does Not Dissolve

This product advertises that it can be added to cold or hot liquids and dissolve in either. In my experience it does not dissolve at all in cold products. It just clumps together and then you are stuck with clumps of unflavored collagen in your drink. It dissolves better in hot products, but there is still a small amount that clumps together that I have to fetch out with a spoon.

Too much Arginine causes cold sore outbreak

Every time I use this I get a cold sore. It should be noted about the high Arginine amount and that it could cause outbreaks.
Would be nice to have this with LESS arginine.
