No visible improvements

I have been taking this for 10 months and at the beginning i noticed alot stronger nails but now have been waiting to see the effects and improvements on my skin and hair but nothing visible unfortunately so rather disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommend this product! For someone that has a hard time building in supplements/etc. into their routine this is by far my favorite that I’ve found. It is so easy to add to smoothies, coffee, etc. and is tasteless so you don’t even notice!

Noticeably beautiful skin
