I have been using this product for over a month now and am starting to see subtle changes. I've had chronic hip pain for a few years and I can slowly feel some relief from that. My skin was softer almost instantly. I know it takes time for big changes but I am excited to start and see some proof of what it can do for my body health.

I have been using this for 2 years. I had knee surgery and other treatments with no real results. After taking this in my coffee for around 2 months, I could tell a big difference and I am now able to exercise again!

This was my first choice after much research on collagen peptides. I suffered thinning hair due to a medical condition and achy joints from many years of running and working out. I have been drinking Vitas about 3 weeks and have noticed my hair is growing quicker and feels better. Also the pain in my joints is markedly better! I will continue to use Vitals with anticipated results! I will also note it quickly dissolves andhas little to no aftertaste.
