I wanted to like this, but I saw no results after taking for months and it upset my stomach for some reason. I wish I would have had better luck.

Dissolves well in coffee

Dissolves really well in my coffee and also when I blend into a smoothie it creates a foamy texture. I only use 10g (1 scoop) at a time.
