I have been using Vital Proteins for a few years now and I LOVE it!! If it isn’t a part of your daily routine, it should be! It truly is vital for your joints esp if you work out like I do and bonus it’s awesome for your hair, nails & skin! It dissolves into whatever you mix or blend it with and has no taste so it won’t alter the flavor! This stuff is the best!! #getchasome

Ive been adding this to my morning drink for 4 months now. Doesn’t dissolve if the water is too cold, room temperature works best. And I’ve gotten accustomed to the taste. Haven’t seen any crazy improvement on myself except for my nails feeling a little stronger. Maybe I need to take the full 2 scoop instead of just 1.

I bought this a month ago and have been happy with the results. After 2 weeks of taking 1 scoop per day, my hair, nails and skin had visibly improved. My nails are stronger and shinier, my skin looks more moisturized and I haven't had any breakouts since starting, and my hair shedding has decreased. The taste in plain water isn't great - it kind of tastes like a diluted bone broth. Mix it in warm tea or smoothies, and enjoy the benefits :)
