No idea if it actually does anything, but I like that I can add extra protein to my coffee.

Worth the price

I’m just if finishing up about two months taking these collagen peptides, at 43 my skin was starting to look a bit dull, and starting to see some wrinkles more pronounced. I haven’t noticed it do much for my wrinkles but one unexpected benefit is that it has tremendously helped my acne! I Have had hormonal acne for over twenty years and now my skin breaks out much less and is less red overall with more even tone and texture, this benefit alone is enough for me to keep taking this.

I was noticing my hair thinning and excess hair loss when my life got stressful. After using this daily for weeks I noticed less hair in my brush and my skin seemed nicer. After several months and lots of hair regrowth I was sold!!! I ran out and after weeks of not using I noticed a difference again!! It is now a daily essential and I am greatful for the results! I have tried other brands collagen but this remains my favorite!

I have been taking 20-30 grams daily in my coffee for the last six months. Adding protein in my coffee has giving more energy through out the day and I also feel less hungry. I also notice the change in my skin and hair.

So Many Benefits!

I take the Collagen Peptides daily and really notice the difference in how I feel when I don't take it. My joints no longer ache and I'm much more active without pain. Plus, my nails are now strong and not peeling, my hair is shiny and healthy-looking and I can see a noticeable difference in the appearance of wrinkles. At my age (62) all of these benefits are a huge boost to my well-being.
