I like this product because it has no added flavor, so I can have it with or in almost anything. I have used this product before, and I sort of (not 100%), that is working for me. I am not really sure how to measure that, but I ordered it again, so that must mean something.

I have been using Collagen Peptides for about a year. It took a long time but I am finally starting to see results with my fingernails. However, it does not mix easily
