Great adjunct to my health!

I have taken "Collagen Peptides - Original" for over four months, everyday morning mixed with my usual mug of coffee. The results are visible! My rosacea has improved considerably; my hair has grown thicker; my running is better - no more sore in my joints. Collagen became part of my breakfast, like having a good mug of coffee.

I bought this a while ago and i am absolutely loving how long it is lasting, and how much it is affecting my skin and nails. it makes my recovery easier and it is an easy addition to my morning coffee and protein shake!

As a personal trainer and a skeptic about any supplements, I have to say I am very pleased with this product. I have had knee issues in the past and was at a point in my training where I would hate to train my legs because my knees would hurt so bad and swell the next day. I take pride in my leg workouts and love to train them, so when I physically could not, it hit me mentally as well. I ordered this product and took 2 scoops daily for 2 1/2 weeks....when I actually noticed that I squatted down without the pain I normally would feel...I shook it off thinking it must just be a good day and it cant be anything but that. It wasnt til the next leg workout when I did not feel pain in my knee as I had previously and I did not have any swelling the next day. I cant say that it will be like that for you , but I can say you can at least try it!

I like the old formula better

I like the original formula much better...the new one with the hyaluronic acid & vitamin C does NOT dissolve very easily :(

I have been taking this orodyct clise to a week now so not lobg eniugh to know exactly how it is working for my health. My only dislike is the fishy-like aftertaste. Need more ways to disguise that factor (as in smoothie recipes). I can still taste it in my coffee.
