Good stuff

I am on to my 3rd bottle of this stuff. I add it to my hot coffee, oatmeal and smoothies. It tends to clump in room temperature to cold liquids. It does have a slight taste that i personally don’t enjoy so I don’t recommend drinking it straight with water.

Sticky substance if it gets on hands but otherwise no flavor, can go in anything you make. I do t notice immediate results but I don't eat much mean so it supplements my protein needs.

So easy to add to your routine!

I absolutely love how this product dissolves completely in any liquid, hot or cold, and has barely any taste! I add it to my coffee every morning for an extra boost of collagen and vitamins. I am not good at being consistent with my supplements, but this one is so easy to incorporate, that I am able to use it every day!

I’m happy with my purchase! I haven’t used it long enough to see results, but I do enjoy it. Although, I was irritated to open it for the first time and see it is only filled half way up the container....should be filled up more if we’re purchasing that size we should get what we pay for!
