Love this & it works!!

I have been using this product for close to 9 months now. I started taking it postpartum as I realized I was losing a lot of hair. It has significantly helped me hair growth and it has also helped me recover from workouts. My knees and hips do not hurt as bad as they used to before I started taking this product.
Use: I stir it in my matcha or coffee every morning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] However I can tell you that so far I had some hair falling out due to medication and being on that with frightening so far I see a lot less hair falling out and my nail seem to be growing very quickly and I’ve only been using it for several weeks. Best Collagen Supplement!

Previous to vital proteins, I took neocell. Though I thought it was effective, it did not dissolve easily (or at all sometimes) and it had to be taken on an empty stomach. Vital proteins solved both of those issues and also has a vitamin C and hydraulic acid! I’ve taken this product for 3 months and has seen great results in hair, skin and nails! My hair no longer sheds like it used to and my skin is glowing! Thanks vital proteins!

I have been taking this daily for the past year. I have noticed a big difference in my hair, complexion and most of all my nails. The results didn’t happen overnight but were gradual. I will continue using this for the beauty results alone. Know that it is making my inside beautiful too.

My son and I love to make healthy shakes for lunch and we love this product. We add it to our shakes along with fruits or veggies or both and make a great tasting shake.
