I switched to Vital Proteins from another brand that I had been using for 3 months. I have been using Vital Proteins for one month and like it much better than the other brand! My friends that see the canister in my kitchen are always taking pics! That seems like a great compliment to me!!!

Better than the powder

I bought the powder version and it was so difficult to make it not clumpy. This version is SO much easier, the reason why I am giving it 4 stars is due to the instructions. It says 6 capsules (they are big) 1-2 times a day? So 12 times? It also doesn’t specify in the description on the right amount.
