I love these collagen peptides. They are so easy to dissolve in hot water and easily mixes into coffee or my favorite hot chocolate. I notices three months in my skin and hair started improving with being softer and my hair regrowing in some areas. now more than 5 months in I’m hooked. Yes there is a caveat…I have increased bowel movements in the morning but after I drink a glass of water and take care of my business, and then go on with my day. Joints also feel better. I have my husband on this and his knees stopped cracking going up the stairs. Woohoo!

I have been using this product for about 4 months now. I honestly believe it has improved my skin texture and has help relieve joint pain in my knee. I work out 5 days a week so vital proteins has been a plus. I love that this product is unflavored. It is easy to incorporate in my daily routine. I throw a scoop in my morning coffee and off I go for the day.

Haven't seen any improvements

I have been taking this for 35 days thus far but have not seen any improvement in my nails or skin changes. I will take the rest of the canister I have for a total of 60 days and see if that makes a difference.

Was excited to receive only to see the small amount of powder for the money that I paid for it. I'll stick the the generic brand, they tend to do better
