I love the collagen so much and have been adding it to my smoothies and matcha lattes for 3 months now. It's just the perfect protein and so simple and tasteless. I'll be ordering it again for sure.

I love the quality of this product, and have been attempting to keep my protein levels up, very hard to accomplish if you do not eat much meat. And I don't. I notice my fingernails are getting harder, not breaking constantly, and I'm able to lose weight yet still feel satisfied all day long.

I have never tried collagen powder before, but Vital Proteins made it easy to order and enjoy. I did try a scoop with just water and it was a bit too much like my puppy's bully sticks. Now I have it in my morning coffee. I have one scoop a day, so my container will last me about 56 days, not a bad value at all!

I like to add this to smoothies and even just in my water that I drink in the morning. Dissolves well and no odd taste! Hoping it helps improve my skin and hair ;)
