Tried just mixing with water

Tried just mixing with water & it was awful. Mixed into a smoothie it's great. You cannot tell it's there. Easy to blend.

Shipping/new formulation

Hi - I ordered 4 jars, but only 1 was shipped. Julie was very nice on the phone, though, and said she would ship the other three. I tried sending her a picture of the box to show it only fit 1, even though the shipping label said 4, but it kept bouncing back from VitalProteins. Also, the new formulation is harder to use, just because it dissolves less evenly, though I also feel like I'm digesting it less well than previously, but I'll see how I adapt for a bit.

Hi There! Thank your feedback! I left a few tips below on how to dissolve in cold water:
1. Fill your glass 1/3 of the way with room temp liquid
2. Add 1-2 scoops of collagen and mix with a fork, spoon or frother
3. Top it off with cold liquid to fill the glass and mix again
