Collagen Peptides help me feel happy, healthy and hot!

I've been using these collagen peptides for ever, and I'm constantly raving about them to everyone I know. I am about to turn 51, and my skin is firmer now than it was ten years ago. My nails and hair are healthier too, but the change in my skin is the most dramatic. I also never get sore after working out...that is probably the peptides too. I write a blog called happy, healthy and hot and I'm always telling my followers to give these a try!

This product is amazing!! It's so easy to just stir into a cup of coffe in the morning and the results are incredible!! My hair feels much more coarse and my skin has improved tons! Highly recommend!

Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides is an easy way to increase my protein intake. I put it in my morning and afternoon coffee. It really helps with suppressing my appetite. I cannot wait to see the benefits on my hair, skin, & nails once I have used it for a few weeks. I have only used it for 1/12 weeks and so far, I am very pleased and plan on making it a part of my daily healthy eating plan.

This stuff is just amazing. It has helped my hair grow tremendoudsly. My nails have grown so much and they are nice and strong. My skin was always nice but feels even nicer. Unlike some products out there...this Gem really works...There is no after taste...and you can mix it up with anything from your green matcha tea to your favorite smoothie. No clumps ...just shake it up in one of those containers and voila. I truly love it and depend on it. Try it and you just won't regret it.

This is the first supplement I've tried that has virtually no taste. I'm super picky about taste and texture, but I can add this to my coffee, tea, and smoothies and hardly notice a change in the beverage. Its too early to comment on any changes in my skin, hair, etc., but I've already gotten past the first hurdle of actually being able to drink it and like it, so I'm happy!
