I have only been using this for a couple of weeks but so far so good! It dissolves well and has no taste! I am using this as part of my beauty regimen but the extra protein is a plus!

I've been a full time fit pro for 8 years now & up until 1 year ago, after I'd been using Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides for about 7 months, I never felt comfortable recommending ANY supplements. In just over a month if using the collagen peptides, I found my skin was brighter, my hair & nails grew faster & my muscles recovered more efficiently post-workout.
