The Best choice I made ever!

I was very skeptical regarding the product, but gave a try to it at the last year. I was taking Collagen Peptides 1-2 scoops every morning with my coffee for about 6 months. My nails first showed me the collagen really works, healthy color and actively growing. Also I noticed my hair are getting healthier, less hair loss. After 6 months of taking the product, I took a break for 5 months...and noticed more hair loss after shower, noticed my nails stopped growing so active as it was.
On June 2021 I got back to my collagen daily routine and will keep taking it.
I definitely highly recommend this product to my family, friends and co-workers, it definitely works.

Took a while!

I will be honest, it took me a long time to stick with this, as I did not experience immediate results. I was about to give up after the fifth week and then I noticed a huge difference in my hair and nails and my overall wellness. I highly recommend this product to anybody that is interested! It makes a huge difference, you just have to stick with it!

Great addition to my daily health

I started using this in my coffee every morning about 2 months ago. I’ve been putting it in my husbands coffee as well. There is no taste at all. We have both noticed a huge change in our skin and hair. My nails are stronger than ever. Even my facialist ask me what I’ve changed because she has seen a huge improvement. Just be consistent and give it time!

A must for me!

I have numerous health problems related to a heart defect and type 1 diabetes. My mobility is sometimes hindered. It's safe to say my joints aren't what they used to be. I started using vital proteins in my coffee twice a day a few months ago and honestly I can't go without it. I still have issues of course but nothing like I did BEFORE I started using this product. Side effect? My hair has grown SO fast since I started vital proteins and it just looks better. My hair has grown past the middle of my back and I've been able to stop getting keratin treatments. I LOVE VITAL PROTEINS!!!!

This stuff is Great! I started using Vital Protein, 4months ago,and it has truly helped, with may sore joints,and muscles, it's also been great for Mt hair and skin love this stuff!
