I looooove these collagen peptides!! I add them to just about everything - and I can tell a huge difference in my skin. I struggle with adult acne, and thankfully, a little collagen every day helps improve the look and feel of my skin, even with the occasional breakout.

I enjoy my vital proteins in my coffee. I am so excited for stronger nails, shinier hair and softer skin. I'm also very intetested on the improvements its making on the inside, tendons, cell renewal, etc.

I started using it as recommended by my niece. I had my right thumb operated on to make a new joint. I have noticed my nails are getting stronger and hair growing. It's too early for my joint as my cast just came off. The powder is tasteless and I recommend drinking it with room temp water if not using in a smoothie. It dissolves much better. I am on container #2. I plan on staying in it .

I don't know why I waited so long to repurchase my collagen peptides. Since I started running a lot more recently, I wanted to keep my joints feeling their best. I have always tried to be proactive with the health of my hair, skin, and nails so that fact that this covers it all is a huge bonus! No taste at all and it's so easy to just add it to my coffee in the morning!
