Hi guys I discovered the product from fabfitfun by trying the sample I received on a day I was 'recovering' from a bit too much fun had at Calgary stampede. I felt great the whole day so I bought a container to continue trying. I'm not sure if I feel the results to be honest but it's only been a few days with one scoop a day. I'm pretty sure I feel better overall but I think the effects aren't supposed to be felt drastically haha. The purchasing was easy and the delivery was quick and trackable.

I have been taking Vital Proteins little over 2 months. I am still waiting to see results or changes...so far there has been no significant results.

I got started on vital proteins during my 4th Whole30 and I absolutely love it! My hair, skin, and nails are strong ans healthy and it keeps me full throughout the day. I put two scoops in my black coffee in the AM and head out for the day!

I love utilizing this protein powder in my everyday routine! It works well with everything from coffee, baking, smoothies you name it! I recommend this to anyone I come across and have seen results in 2 weeks such as my hair becoming longer and stronger!

I love this stuff! My family uses it every day either in our coffee or in a smoothie. My teenage son will even bring the individual packets to school to put in yogurt and it blends in smooth.
