I've been using vital proteins for about 2 weeks now. It is flavorless and dissolves completely in my coffee. I haven't seen a difference in my skin, hair and/or nails but hoping I will soon!

Have only been using for 2 weeks and I notice a huge difference in my skin already. It seems out from within - no moisturizer or Caribbean vacation has ever produced this result. Looking forward to seeing changes in my hair and nails though not yet.
