Collagen peptides blend perfectly with my morning smoothie or yogurt and after only a week of daily consumption my skin is softer and hair more full. I will definitely continue use to see full benefits. Thanks !

I've only been using the collagen powder for a few eeeks. Is but I can already feel results! I'm a very active person and have gotten really into boxing over the last 2 months. Before vital proteins, I was always so sore and it was taking a toll on my muscles and joints. Now, I feel much stronger and my body doesn't feel like it's falling apart!

Been taking daily for about 2.5 months now, but started to notice positive changes 3 weeks in. My skin is so much softer, my hair feels softer, and my once flimsy fingernails are growing stronger. Very happy with the collagen :)
