Enjoying my collagen

My friend turned me onto the product saying to helped her skin and hair. I have been using it for three wheels and generally feel my skin is less dry (I have very dry skin) but not much difference in my hair. I will give it more time for that. I plan on buying another canister when this one is through.

I love how easy it is for it to dissolve in hot and cold liquids, I barely notice it in my drink. I've also mixed it in with Greek Yogurt and never knew it was there. I've been getting compliments on how good my skin looks since using! It seems to be helping with the growth of my nails and I believe has been supporting good gut health.

I've been using Vital Proteins for two weeks and I already see a difference with my nails and hair! And, I work out daily and usually hear my creaky knees when I do lunges. Didn't hear a single creak today!

I have been using Collagen Peptides for about 6 months. This is my favorite product! I use it every morning in my coffee - it is literally odorless and tasteless, so it's perfect. I have noticed that my hair grows faster and my nails look healthier than usual. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone!
