I like this product, it dissolves quick and is as tasteless as I think something like this could be, as possible... it is beef collagen after all. My hair grew much faster, and I like that there's a lot of protein in each scoopful. My hair is almost growing too fast though, it's like biotin in that way, and now I have to shave much more often so just an FYI. I like the protein and the glowing skin the fast growth is too much for a dark haired person like me.

I had heard about the benefits of collagen but wasn't sure if it would work for me. So I started using it and WOW! I have noticed a difference in my hair, nails and digestion. I don't think I want to go back to living with out it!!!

I use a scoop of the collagen peptides in my coffee each day and I think it definitely helps my skin, hair and nails. I'm pleased with the quality of this brand as well.

I have been using vital proteins for 2 months now and boy can I see a difference . My skin spots have decreased dramatically and my nails and hair are growing thicker and faster. The powder dissolves quickly in my morning coffee and I don't even taste the difference. I'm so happy and pleased with this product, I definitely recommend it to all my friends. You won't be disappointed.

I use Vital Protiens Collagen Peptides everyday and have noticed a big difference in my hair, skin and nails. I have even noticed that my eyelashes are thicker! I drink two scoops every morning in my coffee and I have more energy throughout my day.
