Smoother Skin

I use a scoop in my coffee every morning. I noticed over time how smooth and younger my skin was looking. The dry itchy skin I once had was not there. My hair and nails are thicker and shinier. So glad I found this product. I have been using it for 4-6 months and will be 49 in a few months.

I started adding collagen to my diet a month ago to improve joint and connective tissue strength and health. I am happy so far and feel small improvements but have read it can take a few months to feel the full benefits.

saw an advertisement for this product and did some research on it and it's claims. i decided to try it and see what happens because i have some stiffness in my knees. after about 1.5 - 2 weeks, I noticed obvious improvements in my mobility, not just in my knees, but all over. 100% recommend to anyone.

My daughter told me about this, and I have been using it for about 2 months. I add it to my morning smoothie and it makes it duper creamy! My skin has a noticeable difference- more elastic!

Not sure if it’s helpful and given that cost is a consideration. Packaging seems excessive for ongoing users. Refill bags would be more environmentally friendly
