My hair grew fast

I have been drinking the collagen peptides for about three months now. Immediately noticed that my hair was growing like crazy, my thin spots have grown in. My hairstylist keeps telling me, how soft it is and how pretty it is. I get hair compliments all the time. Can't say that I see anything else happening right now. By the way, I am a 56 year old black female. Will continue to drink it though, hope I see other improvements.

I have only used these for a month, but they are great! I either put them in my coffee or my morning smoothie,. They are tasteless and dissolve quickly! I have noticed a HUGE difference in the strength of my nails and hope to see my skin look brighter in a few months! Can't go wrong and would recommend to anyone :)
