I have been using the Collagen Peptides in my cacao and find it dissolves perfectly, with no alteration of flavor or consistency. I plan to use it for several months to see the long-term effect on my joints, skin, hair, muscle tone. Well worth getting a top-quality product!

A couple of weeks into taking collagen peptides I noticed a difference in my hair growth and the strength of my nails. I take the collagen every day because of the great benefits it has on my body when I take it. I definitely recommend trying if you haven't already! You will be hooked. I can't wait to try more of Vital Proteins products.

Now that I have introduced collagen peptides into my diet I never want to stop taking them. I have felt so good and really feel like they make up for something lacking in my diet. It's too soon to see results in my hair skin and nails, but I feel great! And am confident I will soon see a change.
