I have only been taking 1 scoop a day (I know it recommends 1-2). I have been taking this for about 11 days now and have not seen any difference. I know it takes about 2-4 weeks for results so I am hopeful I will see skin improvement soon! As for the product itself, it is pretty much odorless and tasteless. I add a scoop to my morning coffee or water and I do not notice it at all. It mixes really well too!

I purchased the VP Collagen sticks for traveling this summer . Each stick contains 2 scoops so is a one day supply. Very easy to open I was happy I with the convenience while on the go

The BEST!! Introduced these into my everyday life about a year ago and I have never looked back. My skin, hair and nails are in the best shape ever. Skin was something I always struggled with and now it's not even a worry! Thank you!!! :)

I have replaced my whey protein with the Collagenand I no longer have to deal with stomach issues. Great product! Hair, nails and skin have also improved.

easy to add to drinks, no taste and dissolves well. I'm a runner so I worry about my joints, specifically my knees and it seems to be helping.

I love how it dissolves instantly, has no effect on flavor or texture of whatever you add it to. I've been using it in my cold press coffees.
