Skin problems virtually illuminated

I have been taking this product daily for the past four years. It has virtually removed my adult acne, my nails are no longer brittle, and my hair thicker and stronger. Couldn’t live without it.

Exceptional results!

I am 61 years old and I bought Vital Proteins Peptides primarily for my skin. I am halfway through second container. Not only have I seen a bit of improvement of of my skin, my fingernails are definitely stronger, my hair seems healthier, and my joints are most definitely better! (I have begun experiencing mild joint pains that seem to ease up as the day progresses; very frustrating!). I can now move around throughout the entire day with no joint aches at all, even after doing heavy gardening, etc.! I noticed a bit of soreness again after finishing first container and in between receiving second one. Almost immediately upon starting it, the soreness disappeared as before, and I felt physically decades younger again! I do a lot of driving for my job, and I no longer am achy at the end of the day! I guess collagen was just what I needed! No flavor to it at all; easy to use in cold and hot liquids. I use one scoop in the morning and one in the evening. I do wish it had more product in container, though! I will absolutely continue using this product!

Get up and move!

I have been using this collagen powder for a year now at the suggestion of my daughter. I have arthritis in my knees. Within the first month, I could feel my knees loosen up and able to move easier. So, now I have less pain and better mobility. The bonus is that my skin looks great too!

Tastes Awful but Helps Joints

I dissolve this in room temp water. Cold water has it clump up and hot water/coffee/tea supposedly destroys the proteins (so you should NOT use it that way). I find it helps joint pain; don’t see any difference in skin/hair/nails. It tastes awful in plain water but I use very little to dissolve the powder, then chug down a plain glass of water right after it.

Best Collagen

I've tried two other powdered collagens and this is the best. It dissolves so quickly and completely in my coffee. No lumps or clumps. No flavor. Best of all, I feel better!
