First off, it is truly unflavored. Add it to any beverage and you'll never know it's there. I add a scoop every day to hit tea. Second, I've noticed a change in my skin and a smoothing of a crease I had inbetween my eyebrows. I now need to purchase the to-go packs for traveling so I never miss a day!

I've been taking Vital Proteins collagen peptides for about two months now. My fingernails look amazing and last time I went to my hairdresser, she asked me what I was doing, due to all of the new growth. Needless to say, she ordered some right then!
