I use a scoop a day. Half in my coffee and half in my hot "cereal". I don't find they taste at all. It's an easy way to get healthy fats and protien in my diet.

I love how versatile the peptides are! They dissolve instantly and are unflavored. I mostly add them to coffee but have used them in smoothies and overnight oats as well. My nails and hair are amazing!!

I absolutely love the collagen peptides! They dissolve very well in hot drinks and are easy to add to my morning routine. The only thing I have noticed is that they don't seem to dissolve quite as well in cold drinks. Regardless, I plan on continuing to use them!

Love this product so much, my skin and my hair have never looked better . It is so good that my hair shines and grows really fast that every 4 to 5 days I have to retouch my gray hair. I really recommend this brand of collagen its wonders!

Huge improvement in Hair & nails

I have used this product for a year now. I put it almost everything Idrink. Especially the "unhealthy " fancy , coffee drinks. My hair has grown thicker & longer faster. And my previously week, brittle nails are stronger than ever. I will continue to use Vtal Protein Collagen powder every day.
