I love this product and have seen a huge difference in my skin and hair but also how I feel while training for a triathlon! My joints and muscles feel much better when I take this. It is now a counter staple and part of my everyday routine!

My nails grew stronger and longer than before. I was told by several people that my hair looked longer and healthier too. Product dissolves great in coffee and in smoothies... even adds a nice frothiness to them. I only wish there was a flavored version of just the collagen peptides without the added HA and probiotics.

I bought this originally for knee, shoulder support which is great now, but my nails and hair are much stronger/longer and my skin has become soft and supple. I cannot wait to try new some new products.
