I have been using this for about 3 weeks now, I have noticed an improvement in my nail growth. I'm also sleeping better. I still think I need some time before I notice the hair growth and skin results.

I added this to my morning smoothies and can't taste it at all - seems incredibly beneficial but not sure if I see or feel any results. I'll trust in the collagen though & be buying more!

I love the collagen peptides! I use it every morning blended in my coffee. The difference in my hair, skin, and nails is very apparent when I'm using this as part of my daily routine vs. not. I'm looking forward to trying more of the Vital Proteins products!
