Great product! Helps me sleep better at night (if I take it in the evening) and it has many other benefits as well. Vital Proteins is a great brand, not only are their products clean, but they are fast and their customer service is great! I'd recommend them to anyone!

I've only used the collagen in my coffee but cannot wait to try out some recipe testing! Absolutely no taste in my coffee (I drink it black) and mixes right in. No granular texture or residue left in my mug, works great! Would highly recommend!

Perfect in coffee and for Whole30

I just finished doing Whole30 and I used the Collagen peptides each morning in my coffee. It eased that first morning hunger till I could make myself a larger breakfast. Even though I am off of Whole30, this is a staple now in my diet.
