I've been using this product for two months and I've noticed that my nails are stronger and my hair isn't shedding as much as it usually does. I simply add a scoop to my coffee each morning. Love this product!

I've been enjoying my collagen peptides and am noticing a difference in only a month. I see my nails are getting stronger and even the complexion on my face seems to be brighter.
