I was introduced to Collagen Peptides by my health coach. This product has contributed greatly to good digestion and health. I started adding two scoops to my morning smoothie (or matcha) and my digestion improved, my reflux went away and my hair, nails and skin are stronger and improved. I added Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides to my daily routine and I will never go without!
